All of our personal training sessions include a detailed and judgement-free lifestyle, exercise and nutrition assessment. We will also work to understand your goals so that we can devise programme that is completely tailored to you.
Our programmes include bespoke and detailed training programmes and nutrition advice as well as regular check-ins and updates.
We will be there to support you every step of the way - whether we see you three times a week or you opt for an online package. And we will provide free updates and modifications throughout the course.

If you want to build muscle and get shredded, this is the place for you. And we are not just talking to the boys! One of the biggest myths in exercise is the idea that if women lift weights they will bulk up. Simply not true - and sorry ladies but, if you want that big booty, you are going to need to become very good friends with the squat rack: resistance band exercises just aren't going to cut it!

A great way to cut the cost of personal training - find a friend (or let us help you find one) or two or three and split the cost.
You can each still choose to follow a personalised weight loss, hypertrophy or sport specific programme. Thats why we charge you a little more than half the price of a regular personal training session, even if there are two of you - a lot of work goes on outside the session to ensure you still get the same exceptional level of service and a nutrition and exercise programme thats unique to you.
We also offer great discounts on our group packages for students at local colleges. Never end up with a Christmas or Birthday present you don't want from your grandparents again!

You have never done an exercise class like this before. Calorie burning. Fat torching. Muscle building.
All of our classes, whether in the gym, the park or a local community hall will push you to the max - thats how changes happen. But they are also an incredibly supportive environment where everyone encourages each other to find their own level of intensity.
Our classes use light weights - and sometimes no weight at all - but the effect is always the same: an fun and effective work out that will leave you with an incredible high.
We are always looking for new opportunities to hold classes, so if you want us to come to an area near you, or you don't see the class you were looking for, please do get in touch.

If you can't come to us, we will come to you. And if you don't live locally we can train you virtually.
Expectations and the level of service are the same. We provide detailed nutrition advice and training schedule and ask you to check in several times a week. If you have the technology, we may ask you to video your workouts so we can correct your form. And, while we don't like to do it if you are training in a busy commercial gym, you can schedule a live training session via Skype or WhatsApp - wherever you are in the world!
Because of this, the prices of our online packages vary hugely. Details of our standard packages are listed on the right. You can add bolt ons if and when you need them or contact us for a completely bespoke package.
