Our personal trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that making changes can be intimidating. We know weight loss and gaining muscle can be challenging - we have been there - and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyse your body type, BMI, and metabolism, look at your exercise preferences and likes and dislikes to create a plan just for you. And then we help you put it into practice and reap the rewards.
We strongly believe that there is no single 'ideal' body - but we understand how frustrating and upsetting it can be to hate how you feel and what you see in the mirror.
With years of success and experience in body transformation and behaviour change, our goal as personal trainers is to help you to reach your goals- whether thats weight loss, building muscle or just venturing beyond the cardio section. Our plans include healthy eating advice as well as exercise plans (in the gym or at home). And we will be here every step of the way to support you and keep you on track and motivated.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and that we learn through failure. Our goal is to make small changes with big impacts- that way you'll lead a healthy and active lifestyle without giving up the things you love!
